| | The Houston County High School Choral department was established in the Fall of 1995 under the direction of Mrs. Theresa Alexander. The initial enrollment for the choral program was twelve and over the years has grown to over two hundred and fifty (250) singers.
The choral department consists of six performing groups, the first year choir, chorale, the men’s choir in addition to the auditioned groups of the Ensemble and the SSA Ensemble and the new 9th and 10th grade women's choir. There are also music appreciation and AP music theory classes offered. |
